
The Workforce Development Center was established to support the changing needs of today’s challenging global marketplace and prepare organizations to remain competitive and successful into the future. The Center offers industry-certified boot camps in computer forensics and information security, online marketing, a management excellence seminar series, executive technology leadership summit, and online human resource management workshops.
Tuition reimbursement is available through the Vermont Training Program to offset the cost of boot camps and seminars for Vermonters employed in information technology, healthcare, telecommunications, manufacturing or environmental firms.
Additionally, through Champlain’s Division of Continuing Professional Studies, the Workforce Development Center offers undergraduate and graduate degrees (including an MBA), professional certificates and are offered in information technology, accounting, human resource management and others.
Champlain also has a robust summer session with online and face-to-face courses including s targeting business skills, computers & technology, criminal justice, marketing and web design.
With Champlain College’s strength behind it, the Center provides targeted, responsive, relevant education and training delivered by local and national experts, leading to valuable skill development and proven business results.
