The Vermont Business Center (VBC) is a joint venture of the University of Vermont’s School of Business Administration and Continuing Education, created to address the needs of growth companies in Vermont. The VBC offers an innovative series of management seminars focused on providing decision makers, managers and executives the tools they need to compete in a dynamic, global economy while fostering recognition of the importance of ethical, social, and environmental responsibility.

Seminar formats are designed to guarantee take-home knowledge and applicable skills. Utilizing the peer-to-peer resources of the "students" and the instructor’s ability to facilitate useful discussions with case studies, their seminars combine theory and practice in a setting conducive to relevant information sharing and problem-solving.

The Vermont Business Center also provides customized training solutions to growing businesses. From needs assessment, to gap analysis, to creating and delivering custom learning opportunities on-site or online, they can shape a solution that meets any organization’s needs.
